I was going to fill ya’ll in on a little something I do, and maybe the seed would plant and you would check it out. I follow 2 REALLY great free sample websites.
Now, for free flys you do have to sign up and fill out one survey to be approved (it took me all of 10 minutes). But, I rack up on some free samples now. I’ve been doing it off and on for about 6 months, but this year I’ve gotten serious and I check both sites once a day for new things put out and I sign up for everything. And I do mean EVERYTHING.
Now samples I get that I can use…. ahem *like feminine products and the like* I keep, but everything else I put into a box at the top of my closet and come October and November I use all those samples in Operation Christmas Child boxes. (I also save any toys I get from kids meals that I eat through the year), And let me tell you. I may have spent $20 last year to buy things to put in the boxes as well as the boxes themselves.
It’s a simple and real easy way to get TONS of boxes filled and it only takes me about 10 minutes a day to get any new samples out there. A word to the wise, some of these sites will send you emails for confirmation as well as emails to let you know about other deals. Because I didn’t want to deal with 100 emails a week [ok, maybe that’s a little over zealous] I made a separate ymail account, and that is the email addy I use when they ask one. That way if they tell you to look out for a confirmation email, for instance like from P&G samples, you know exactly where to look for it and it does not clog up your regular inbox.
Just thought you may want to think about it. :) Happy sample hunting. Oh and also, if any of you use any other free sample medium please help a sister out and let me know where YOU go.
